(a) Limited Uses Identified. Without customer’s prior consent, Roberi & Fraud, Inc. will not use your personal identifiable information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. Roberi & Fraud, Inc. uses personal identifiable information for statistical analysis of customer’s behavior, for product development, for content improvement, to customize the content and layout of roberiandfraud.com Website; for internal company reviews, to reply to inquiries, to handle complaints, to provide operational notices and in program record keeping. Roberi & Fraud, Inc. also processes billing and business requests related to roberiandfraud.com Website participation.

Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting Roberi & Fraud, Inc. via e-mail. After processing the cancellation, Roberi & Fraud, Inc. will delete customer or prospective customer’s personal information from its data base.

Any dispute over privacy between customer and Roberi & Fraud, Inc. is subject to the provisions of this notice and to roberiandfraud.com Terms of Use Agreement which is hereby incorporated herein and which can be read on our Website.
